SCI members are being offered a 10% discount on the article publication charge for Food Science & Nutrition when submitting a paper directly to the journal.
Food Science & Nutrition is a peer-reviewed, open access, interdisciplinary journal, providing rapid publication of high-quality research in all areas of food science and nutrition. The journal gives priority to quality papers describing the results of fundamental and applied research related to all aspects of human food and nutrition.
All articles published by Food Science & Nutrition are fully open access: immediately freely available to read, download and share. To cover the cost of publishing – including administration of peer review, production, marketing, online hosting and development of online tools - Food Science & Nutrition charges a publication fee.
The usual price for publishing in the new open access journal is $1,950 / £1,250 / €1,465. With the special members' discount, you will pay just $1755 / £1,125 / €1,319.
