Synopsis

This talk will explore the history of gin, from its start as a cure-all to a modern, evolving spirit. We'll explore the botanicals and their natural product chemistry, as well as the process and production of gin. Finally, we'll look at how pHure Liquors evolved and developed.

Light refreshments will be served before and after the lecture.
